In February 2021, AcuComm reported on three new plastic recycling projects with a cumulative value of US$23 million. These projects, in Belgium and India, are due to start operating over the 2021-2025 period when they will bring over 85,000 tonnes of annual recycling capacity online. Over the 12-month period (March 2020 to February 2021),  AcuComm reported a total of 51 new plastic recycling projects with an aggregated annual capacity of over 2 million tonnes.
