Construction of a wood-fired 2.5 MW biomass plant
ENGIE Cofely has announced the inauguration of a new wood-fired biomass plant in Chaumont, Haute-Marne. The facility will supply 20% of the commune’s district heating network requirements.
Feedstock for the plant will largely be sourced within a 50 km radius of the plant.
ENGIE Cofely has installed their Cofelyvision technology to monitor consumption and energy performance of the district heating network.
